Shipping & returns

Shipping Information

Items are usually shipped on the same business day if the orders are received by 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders received after that time are usually shipped on the next business day. Typical transit time is approximately 3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 4 or more days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed after 1:00pm PST Friday usually will ship out on Monday. Please note that while that our employees and our shipment carriers are fast and normally ship promptly, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase upgraded shipping options at an additional charge. Classy N Sassy does not ship to destinations outside the United States of America.

Merchandise Returns

Classy N Sassy will exchange or issue a full refund (less shipping charges) for all non-clearance items received back within 10 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, free of defects and in perfect resale condition. Some exceptions exist and are noted below. Items received after 10 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 10 days of when you received the exchanged item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any costs involved to return non-defective products to the store. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Christmas Returns
For the holiday season, Classy N Sassy will extend the period allowed for returns to accept all items purchased after November 9th but prior to December 24th to be returned for exchange by January 9th.

Clearance Items
All sale merchandise is considered a clearance sale. There is absolutely no returns or exchanges on clearance items. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).

Lingerie & Swimwear & Shapewear
Due to hygienic concerns, all Lingerie, Swimwear and Shapewear sales are FINAL. There is absolutely no returns or exchanges on these items. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Consumable Products
Please note we do not accept returns on consumable products that have been used, including perfume, cosmetics, and other beauty products.

How to Send Back Your Return (US Orders)

Prior to returning any of these items, please email or call us to receive return instructions for mailing. Please understand that we cannot accept returns without pre-authorized returns.
